Thịt gà nướng sốt tương ớt Hàn Quốc là món ăn tưởng khó, cầu kỳ nhưng thật ra rất đơn giản và dễ làm. Mùi thịt gà nướng thơm lừng quyện vị tương ớt nồng nồng, vị nước tương mằn mặn thấm dần ngay đầu lưỡi sẽ giúp bạn “ghi điểm” trong bữa cơm cuối tuần!
Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 375 độ F. Rửa thật sạch gà với muối rồi cắt thịt gà thành miếng vừa, thấm khô gà, ướp cùng muối và tiêu bên ngoài da. Chiên gà cùng dầu dừa trong khoảng 5 phút, đảo mặt chiên thêm 3 phút nữa rồi cho chảo vào lò nướng trong 15 phút.
Trong lúc đó, trộn đều nước tương, tương ớt Hàn Quốc, giấm gạo, siro đường, gừng băm, tỏi băm rồi đun trong lửa vừa cho đến khi đặc sệt lại. Gà nướng xong, bạn gắp gà cho vào nước sốt rồi tẩm đều.
Thêm một ít hành lá băm lên mặt nữa là hoàn thành rồi, món này dùng với cơm trắng hay cơm nắm là hết sẩy luôn. Chỉ vài bước đơn giản thôi là bạn đã có ngay món gà trứ danh thơm ngon của Hàn Quốc rồi đó.
Phủ kín bột chiên xù lên toàn bộ miếng thịt.
Cho dầu vào chảo nóng rồi chiên thịt gà lên, đến khi 2 mặt vàng đều thì tắt lửa.
Để thịt gà lên giấy thấm dầu cho ráo hết dầu rồi cắt ra thành từng miếng vừa ăn.
