Nhắc tới cá hồi bạn nghĩ ngay tới món ăn Nhật như Sushi hay món Âu như cá hồi phi lê đút lò... Nhưng hôm nay hãy cùng mình vào bếp thưởng thức món cá hồi theo ẩm thực Á nhé. Đó là món cá hồi sốt tiêu, món này ăn với cơm ngon bá cháy đấy!
Cá hồi phi lê rửa sạch. Hòa tan 1 muỗng canh đường với 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, khuấy tan rồi ướp vào tô cá hồi. Ướp thêm 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu. Cắt nhỏ hành tím ướp vào cùng, để cá thấm gia vị khoảng 15 phút.
Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho 1 muỗng canh đường vào chảo, thắng đường thành màu cánh gián thì cho tô cá hồi vào chảo, lật cá để tránh bị cháy.
Tiếp theo cho vào 3 muỗng canh nước lọc, 1 muỗng cà phê dầu. Nấu đến khi cá sệt sệt nước, nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn thì tắt bếp.
Cuối cùng là trình bày món ăn ra đĩa và thưởng thức. Nếu ăn cay bạn có thể cắt thêm 2 trái ớt lên trên mặt cá tạo vị the the đầu lưỡi khi thưởng thức, cũng hấp dẫn lắm đấy nhé!
