Fro-yo (Frozen yogurt) hay yogurt trái cây đông lạnh là món tráng miệng bổ dưỡng, mát lạnh cho mùa hè. Cho sữa chua vào tô lớn, cho sữa, mật ong vào và trộn đều đến khi các thành phần hòa quyện với nhau tạo thành hỗn hợp yogurt nhuyễn mịn. Rửa sạch trái cây các loại, bỏ cuống (nếu có). Gọt vỏ kiwi, cắt thành những miếng tam giác mỏng, vừa ăn. Cắt đào thành những miếng tam giác mỏng vừa ăn. Cắt dâu tây làm 4 hoặc làm 2.
Trải giấy lót cupcake lên khuôn. Cho hỗn hợp yogurt vào khoảng 1/3 khuôn rồi cho trái cây vào. Sau đó, đổ thêm 1 lớp yogurt nữa lên gần đầy khuôn và cho thêm 1 miếng trái cây lên trên mặt.
Làm tương tự đến khi hết trái cây và yogurt.
Cho fro-yo vào ngăn đông tủ lạnh khoảng 2 - 5 giờ để fro-yo đông hoàn toàn. Sau đó, bạn có thể thưởng thức fro-yo với kem, syrup hoặc ăn không tùy thích. Vào những ngày thời tiết nóng bức thế này mà đươc ăn fro-yo mát lạnh, vừa giải nhiệt lại vừa giúp làm đẹp da, thật là tiện lợi quá đúng không nào!?
